Razor has scheduled a maintenance window and will be performing network maintenance on its RC02 - CO-WEST facility on September 19, 2020 beginning at 10AM EST.
The purpose of this message is to inform our customers of an upcoming maintenance in which Razor engineers will performing changes to our core networking equipment.
While we have taken steps to minimize any impact associated with this maintenance, the client may experience possible network accessibility issues during the maintenance period.
All operations around the platform and facility, including events, alerts and processing of new data will continue as normal. No required changes are necessary unless specifically addressed by Razor support.
